Using the shopping cart is easy. Simply follow these steps:
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item at this time, you can click the 'delete' link to remove it. When you're ready to place an order for everything listed in your cart, click the "Complete Order" button. You will then be taken to the first page of the order form.
Logging InIf you are an existing customer simply enter your email address, and password before pressing login to proceed.
RegisteringIf you are a new customer, then you must enter some details about yourself, including your full name, email address, shipping information etcetera. You can also select your preferred currency to view our prices, which can be changed later from your account, and set your preferences for our mailinnglist.
Once you submit the registration form, you will be sent an email. The email requires clicking a link, to active your account. After this you will be a fully fledged customer and you won't have to enter your shipping details and preferences again.
Review Your OrderCheck the items listed in your order, and the postage charges, and make sure you are happy with it, before pressing 'Continue' to proceed to the final order page.
Submit the OrderAfter reading and agreeing with the terms and conditions shown, press the 'Submit Order' button.
Once your order is placed, you will recieve a confirmation email containing all the details of your order. The email requires clicking a link, to confirm your order. We will not process your order unless you confirm. Your order will be processed and shipped immediately, or within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation and payment.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a final email containing all the shipment and delivery details and other order/product related information.
Cookies are necessary for shopping on the site, and they are integral in making the Shopping Cart work efficiently. Programs such as WebFree, Guard Dog, Cookie Cutter, Cookie Monster, Junkbuster, Watchdog, and even certain browsers can be set to suppress cookies.
The way to ensure your cookies are working varies from browser to browser. For example, Netscape allows you to change the settings to accept cookies by clicking Preferences on the Edit drop-down menu, then choosing Advanced and adjusting the settings in the Cookies box.

If you are seeing an 'Internal Server Error 500' somewhere within the ordering system (or website), then please contact us immediately including the URL and what you were attempting to do when it happened. Occasionally with ongoing development work on the site this may occur from time to time.

Generally speaking if you can add an item to your shopping cart, then this item is in stock and ready for your order. If something is temporarily unavailable then it just won't be available on our site until we get more stock.
We have a minimum order amount of $ 20. If this is a real problem for you, then please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

We accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. In the ordering process you can safely enter your credit card details via our secure payment processor. When your payment is authorised, it will be reserved on your account, and debited once we have shipped your order. We will not store any of your creditcard details.
Western Union
You can wire the payment via Western Union online, using most popular creditcards, or from your local bank or exchange office using cash. Please note, that due to the constant fluctuation of the Euro against the Dollar, Western Union payments should be made in Euro (fixed currency). Therefore, do make sure we receive the total amount in Euro and not in any other currency. Details regarding Western Union payment will be included in your order confirmation email.
You can transfer the funds directly to our bank account using the information which you will receive when ordering. Please make sure you transfer the total amount in EURO currency only and that bankfees are paid for at your side.
Cash
We accept cash payments in US dollars, Euros, and British Pounds. At the day of payment, please use the exchange rate converter on this website, to convert the grand total to your currency. Please make sure to include only bank notes (no coins) and send it as registered and insured mail. We accept no responsibility for money getting lost in the post.
Please make sure when wiring or posting your payment, that you include the ID of the order that it relates to.

We are based in Europe, the Netherlands, and send orders all over the world daily. Postage charges will be calculated and added to the total price of you order automatically. Use the shipping calculation page to calculate your shippingcosts based on the weight of your products. Please note that some weight (for packaging material) should be added to your order.
Shipping costs are most economic for packages under 2 kilograms total weight.
The postage charges include the service: "TNT Post Registered Priority Delivery", which means the package is sign-for, and returned to sender incase of being undeliverable. So your order is shipped fast, secure, and does not get lost, or delivered to the wrong person. And, incase of undeliverable for any reason, it will be sent back to us.
Goods are usually shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Delivery takes 3 to 6 days for European orders, or 6 to 12 days for International orders.
Orders from us are sent via registered mail, which means that you have to sign for the parcel upon arrival. Noone else can receive the package. If you aren't in when the postman calls they will normally leave you a note telling you to collect it from the mail depot.
