Use one heaping tablespoon per cup. Stir into cold fresh water and warm on the stove (do not allow to boil). Steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Alternatively infuse for several hours as a sun tea. It is especially delicious when mixed with nut-milk, and honey to taste, and can be chilled for a real treat.
